Where do I find my tracking ID?

It's in the SMS the courier sends you once your parcel is on its way. The SMS also tells you which courier is delivering your order.

Which courier is delivering my order?

Your order is delivered by one of our partners: Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, CarryBee or eCourier. The courier's name is in your delivery SMS. If you're not sure, message us on WhatsApp.

My tracking ID shows no results

Check that you chose the right courier and typed the ID exactly as it appears in your SMS. Tracking can take a little time to update after the courier picks up your parcel. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 24 to 36 hours of order confirmation. See Delivery Information for details.

4. Orders & Confirmation After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. We may cancel orders due to: Out-of-stock items Incorrect pricing or listing errors Inability to verify customer information
5. Shipping & Delivery Standard delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on location. Delivery charges apply and appear during checkout. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Return & Exchange Policy You may request a return or exchange if: You received the wrong item The product is damaged or defective You need a size exchange (subject to availability) Requirements: Product must be unused and in original packaging Must be returned within 3–7 days of delivery Some products (such as clearance items) may not be eligible. Refunds may take 5–10 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. We may cancel any order suspected of fraud or violation of policies.
