We want you to love your purchase from Sandal 'n Shoe If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within [7 days] of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Some items (e.g., sale items, gift cards, custom or final sale products) may not be eligible.


2. How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within the given timeframe.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).


4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please start a return and place a new order.

  • For defective or damaged items, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or card provider.
