Privacy Policy

01Signing in (Google, Facebook, or email)

You can create an account and sign in through Shopify Customer Accounts, which offers sign-in with Google, Facebook, or a one-time email code. When you choose Facebook or Google, that provider shares a limited set of profile information to create or match your account — your name, email address, and, where available, your profile picture. We request only your basic public profile and email; we do not request your friends list, birthday, or location through Facebook, and we do not post to your account. You can revoke access at any time (see Your rights & deletion).

02Your account and order information

To sell to you and fulfil orders we process, and store within our commerce platform, the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and — if you choose to add them to your profile — your date of birth, gender, preferred city/store, and shoe size. Your order history, order status, and pickup passes are held in your account. Shopify Inc. hosts our store and processes this data on our behalf; see shopify.com/legal/privacy.

03Payments

Payments are handled on a secure checkout by our payment providers (for example SSLCommerz for cards, bKash and Nagad in Bangladesh, and Shopify’s checkout for international cards and wallets). Your full card or wallet credentials are entered on the provider’s secure page and are not collected or stored by us; we receive only the order, its amount, and its payment status.

05Cookies and similar technologies (website)

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the store (for example to keep your cart and session) and, where applicable, to understand site usage. Cookies are set by our commerce platform, Shopify. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

06Maps

Maps and routes are shown using Google Maps, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

08How we share information

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers that operate our website and app on our behalf — our commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our courier-tracking service, and Google Maps — solely to provide the features described above, and with authorities where required by law.

09Facebook Login

If you sign in with Facebook, Facebook shares your name and email with us to create or match your account. To disconnect the app from your Facebook account, open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select snsh · omni, and choose Remove.

10Retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and thereafter only as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

12International users

We are based in Bangladesh and may serve customers internationally. Where you shop from outside Bangladesh, your information may be processed in Bangladesh and in the countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

13Children

Our website and app are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.

14Security

Network requests are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Sign-in uses OAuth; we never receive your Google or Facebook password.

15Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by updating the “Updated” date at the top.
