Delete your data

1. Disconnect Facebook

   If you signed in with Facebook, remove the app from your account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → snsh · omni → Remove

   Removing the app stops any further sharing of your Facebook profile with us.

2. Ask us to erase your stored data

   Email support@sandalnshoe.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. This covers your name, email, phone, addresses, profile details, and order history held in our commerce platform.

3. Clear data on your device

   Anything cached in the app is removed when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it — Settings → Apps → snsh · omni → Storage → Clear

We verify your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we’re required to keep by law (for example completed-transaction records for tax and accounting). We’ll confirm once it’s done.
